Red onions with negroamaro
Ingredients: peeled red onion (55%), Negroamaro wine (9%), sunflower oil, apple vinegar, concentrated grape monster, extra virgin olive oil, bay leaf (dried), salt.

Red onion mustard drowned in negroamaro, a typical local Apulian red wine. Ideal as an accompaniment to blue or aged cheeses, such as an Apulian aged podolic caciocavallo.
